Saudi Arabia to build 5 solar power stations by end 2015
After months without relevant news from Saudi Arabia renewable plans, it appears the pressure from the international lenders and the increasing energy consumption reported by SEC in august helped speeding up the program. Saudi Gazette publishes in this article the launching of 5 solar power plants promoted by SEC to be built before end of 2015.
We believe this is the kick off of an ambitious plan where international companies in the solar PV value chain will have an important role.
